The names "Skyie Global" and "Skyie Global InfoTech Ltd", our product names (such as our Skyie-branded products), the "Skyie Guide" assistant, and our logos and brand marks are trade names and trade marks of Skyie Global, whether registered or unregistered. Nothing on the Website should be read as granting any licence or right to use any of our trade marks or those of any third party. You may view, and print or download extracts of, Website content for your own lawful, personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify it and you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You must not otherwise use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent. Where the Website displays third-party content or imagery (for example media served through Pexels), that content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under the relevant licence terms.

The Website offers an optional AI assistant, "Skyie Guide", to help you find information and navigate the Website. Skyie Guide generates responses automatically using a third-party AI service (the Google Gemini API). Its outputs are produced by a language model and are provided for general information and convenience only. They may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and they do not constitute legal, regulatory, tax, financial, technical or other professional advice, nor an offer, representation, warranty or binding commitment by Skyie Global. You should not rely on Skyie Guide as the sole basis for any decision and should verify anything important with us directly before acting on it; in the event of any conflict, the substantive content of the Website and our formal communications prevail over Skyie Guide outputs. Please do not enter personal data, confidential information or sensitive details into Skyie Guide. The messages you submit are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply; how we handle this is explained in our Privacy Notice. We may change, limit or withdraw Skyie Guide at any time.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources or services that are not operated or controlled by us. We provide those links for convenience only; they do not signify that we endorse, or are responsible for, the linked sites or their content, products, services, privacy practices or security. If you follow a link to a third-party website you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.
