How we engage

Scoped to the work, quoted to you.

How Skyie Global engagements are structured — diagnostic sprints, fixed-scope delivery, retained advisory, managed support and software subscriptions, quoted to scope.

We do not publish a rate card, and we would be suspicious of a consultancy that did. An ISO 27001 readiness programme, an S/4HANA conversion and a generative-AI pilot are not comparable units of work, and pricing them as plan tiles would tell you nothing useful.

What we can be entirely transparent about is the shape of an engagement, what drives its cost, and what you own at the end. Every engagement is quoted against a written statement of work with named deliverables, and every figure is fixed before anything starts.

Engagement models

Five ways we engage

01

Diagnostic sprint

Suits: a decision you need to make properly, quickly

A short, fixed-fee, fixed-duration assessment — an operating model diagnostic, an ISO 27001 gap analysis, an AI readiness review, an ERP fit-gap or a technical due diligence.

  • Fixed fee agreed before we start
  • Typically two to four weeks
  • You keep the findings whether or not you continue
  • Ends with a costed, optioned recommendation
02

Fixed-scope delivery

Suits: a defined outcome with a defined end

A programme with an agreed deliverable set — an ERP implementation, a cloud migration, an AI system into production, an ISMS built to certification readiness.

  • Statement of work with named deliverables and acceptance criteria
  • Phased with commercial gates, so scope changes are decisions not surprises
  • Milestone-based invoicing
  • Handover and documentation are deliverables, not goodwill
03

Retained advisory

Suits: ongoing senior input without a permanent hire

Agreed monthly capacity from a named senior practitioner — architecture authority, an interim CISO or DPO-support function, an internal audit programme, or board-level technology advice.

  • Named people, agreed days per month
  • Rolling term with a clean notice period
  • Unused capacity policy stated in the contract
  • Escalation route into the wider practice when you need it
04

Managed service & support

Suits: a system that has to keep running

Application managed support for Oracle and SAP estates, platform operations for systems we or others built, and continuous security monitoring.

  • Service levels agreed per system, not boilerplate
  • Defined response and resolution targets by severity
  • Release management and change control included
  • Monthly service reporting against the numbers that were agreed
05

Software subscription

Suits: adopting rather than building

Annual or monthly subscription to products in the Skyie portfolio — VerifyFlow, Lettd, Glancio, Signie, Trustiey, Surgeie, Skyie Vault and Maiekr — with implementation quoted separately where it is needed.

  • Priced on the products and volume you actually use
  • UK data residency and the same compliance standard on every plan
  • Data processing addendum available before signature
  • Export of your data on exit, as a contractual right
What it costs

What moves the number

Rather than a price we would have to caveat, here is what we actually assess when we quote. If you can answer these, we can usually give you a range on the first call.

Scope and complexity

How many processes, entities, systems, countries and integrations are in scope — and how much of the current state is documented.

Regulatory exposure

Which regimes apply, whether evidence has to satisfy an external auditor, and how much control design has to be built rather than tidied.

Data condition

On ERP and AI work this is usually the single biggest variable. Clean, well-understood data shortens a programme more than any other factor.

Pace and profile

A compressed timeline needs more people in parallel. A steady one costs less and usually sticks better.

Your capacity

Work you own — decisions, subject-matter time, testing — reduces what you buy from us. We would rather you took more of it.

Run versus build

Whether you want us to hand over at go-live or stay in support changes the shape of the commercial arrangement entirely.

Our commitments

How we behave commercially

  • Fixed fees wherever the scope can be fixed. Time and materials only where genuine discovery makes anything else dishonest.
  • No change control used as a revenue strategy. Scope changes are priced at the same rates as the original work.
  • The people who scoped it do the work. No senior pitch team followed by a junior delivery team.
  • You own the output — code, documentation, infrastructure as code and evidence. Portability is a design goal, not a concession.
  • No lock-in. We build on mainstream technology and hand over cleanly. The measure of a good engagement is that you could leave.
  • All figures exclude VAT. We contract as Skyie Global InfoTech Ltd, a UK company.
Common questions

Questions we get asked.

Why is there no pricing page with figures?

Because the honest number depends on scope, and a published figure for consulting, ERP or audit work would be wrong for almost everyone who read it. We quote to a written statement of work, fixed before anything starts.

Can you give a ballpark on a first call?

Usually, yes. Tell us the scope, the regulatory exposure and the timeline and we will give you an honest range — including telling you if the work does not warrant the spend.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. Scoping conversations are free. We charge from the point work starts, against an agreed statement of work.

How is software priced?

Portfolio products are subscription-based, scoped to the products and volume you use. Every plan carries the same compliance standard and UK data residency — those are not an upgrade tier.

Do you work with smaller organisations?

Yes. A diagnostic sprint exists partly for that reason — it gives a smaller organisation a senior, costed answer without committing to a programme.
